We can collect and process different categories of personal data from you as a user of https://digi.storage, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", which, in accordance with the legislation of the European Union on the protection of personal data, gives us the quality of data controller for such data.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. This information notice on the Processing of Personal Data describes our practices regarding the collection and use by us of your personal data as a result of the interaction with our website.

The digi.storage website is aimed at people who are at least 18 years old, so we do not intentionally process children's data. When you access our website, we process data regarding the website visits.
2.1. Use of the website
Logging in to the website
Based on the provided username you will be able to access the Website, then you will be redirected to the website of the company in the Digi group which makes the storage service available for your account. On each website you will find both the Privacy Policy for your DigiStorage service, as well as the Terms and Conditions.
The processing of the username is carried out in our legitimate interest to ensure the measurement of the activity on the website.
2.2 What happens if you do not provide us with your data
Without providing the username you will not be able to access digi.storage, which means that you will not have access to your DigiStorage account from your internet service provider's web page or application.
Regarding the documents uploaded to your account, you have complete freedom to choose how many and for how long you upload. The activity data (operation log) will be stored for a period of 3 years (we can store the date of the visit, the IP, the type of browser).
As a data subject, you have specific legal rights related to the personal data we collect from you. Digi will respect your rights and respond to your requests appropriately.
Right of access: You can request information about the personal data we hold about you, including information about the categories of data we hold or control, what it is used for, the source from which we have it collected if we obtained it indirectly, and to whom this data is disclosed, if applicable. We will provide you with a copy of your personal data upon request. If you request multiple copies of your personal data, we may charge you a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
You have the right to information about our safeguards for the transfer of your personal data to a country outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, if you ask us to confirm whether or not we process your personal data and we transfer your personal data to a country from outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Right to rectification:You have the right to obtain from us the rectification of your personal data. You can use the account functions in this regard, and you can also contact us in the manner provided in section 6 below.
The right to restriction: You can obtain from us the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if:
contest the correctness of your personal data, for the period we need to verify the correctness,
the processing is illegal, but you object to the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use,
we no longer need your personal data but you request it to establish, exercise or defend a right in court, or
you object to the processing, for the period of time in which we check whether our legitimate interests prevail over yours.
The right to portability: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us, and where technically feasible, to request that we transmit your personal data (that we -you provided) to another organization.
These two rights are valid if all the following are true:

We rely, in the processing of your personal data, on your consent or our processing of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract to which you are a party;
your personal data is provided to us by you, and
the transmission of your personal data does not have a negative effect on the rights and freedoms of other persons.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Your right to receive your personal data must not have a negative effect on the rights and freedoms of other people. This could happen if a transfer of your personal data to another organization also involves the transfer of personal data to other people (who do not consent to this transfer).
The right to have your personal data transferred by us to another organization is a right you have if this transfer is technically feasible.
Right to removal:
You can, at any time, delete the documents you have uploaded. When you close your storage account, all your files in the account will be automatically deleted.
As for other data we hold about you, you have the right to request that we delete it. We must comply with this request if we process your personal data, and if:
Personal data are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected;
The data subject opposes the processing for reasons related to his particular situation;
Personal data have been processed illegally;
Personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation owed to the Operator, unless the data is necessary:
for the exercise of the right to free expression and information;
to comply with a legal obligation we have;
for archiving purposes in the public, scientific or historical interest or for statistical purposes; or
for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.
Right to object:
When the processing is not based on your consent but on our legitimate interests or those of a third party, you can object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation. In this case we will no longer process your personal data, unless
we can prove legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing and which prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or
if the purpose is establishing, exercising or defending a right in court. If you object to the processing, please specify whether you also want your personal data to be deleted, otherwise we will only restrict it.
You can always object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes based on our legitimate interest, whatever your reason. If the marketing was based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent.
Please note:
The timeframe: We will try to fulfill your request within one month but in some cases the response time can be extended by a maximum of 2 months due to specific reasons, related to the specific right invoked or the complexity of your request. In any case, if this period is extended, we will inform you about the extension period and the reasons that led to this extension.
Access restriction: In certain situations, we may not be able to grant you access to all or part of your personal data due to legal restrictions. If we refuse your access request, we will let you know the reason for this refusal.
Impossibility of identification: In certain cases, we may not be able to identify your personal data due to the identification elements you provide us in the application. In such cases, if we cannot identify you as a data subject, we cannot comply with your request under this section, unless you provide us with additional information that allows us to identify you. We will inform you and give you the opportunity to provide us with such additional details.
